Financial Support Program for

Participants of ANQ Congress 2012 Hong Kong

Preamble :

Considering the financial problems being faced by various regions and organizations in Asia in the context of the Global Economic Meltdown, it has been sensed some Member Organizations may not be able to participate in the ANQ Congress2012 scheduled at Hong Kong from August 01 to 03 Aug , 2012. In the context of the ANQ Way , the Endeavour is to get all the Member Organizations to participate actively

Objective :

In order to promote participation for Member Organizations with financial difficulty, ANQ has devised a scheme to provide financial support from the ANQ budget (or ANQ Money) .

Scheme :

•  Qualification : This scheme is for all ANQ Member Organizations.

•  Number of participants to be supported : Up to a maximum of 4 for each Member Organization.

•  Amount of support : Maximum of USD 1200 per organization. And maximum of USD 400 per person. The distribution of the share for each person is up to the organization's policy. Examples are USD 400 for 3 persons or USD 300 for 4 persons.

•  Funds : The support has to be provided by the relevant ANQ organization from its ANQ Account that has been maintained by its annual membership fee. When the current account balance in your ANQ account is less than the needed amount, please contact the ANQ secretariat Mr. J.K. Bajaj < bajaj@isqnet.org > and the Secretariat of ANQ 2012 Hong Kong < secretariat@anq2012.org >.

Process :

•  Participating organization will inform to HKSQ < secretariat@anq2012.org > and to ANQ Secretary Mr. J.K. Bajaj < bajaj@isqnet.org > about the participants (name and email address) to be provided the support by 31May 2012 .

•  The relevant participants MUST complete the registration by 31May 2012 .

•  Participating organization will give the sponsorship amount in USD or its equivalent in local currency to the relevant participants from the local ANQ account , and confirm this through bank documents to the Secretary, Mr. J.K. Bajaj < bajaj@isqnet.org >.

•  The participants must contact Ms. Minda Chiang , Secretary Organizing Committee HKSQ while they attend the congress and hand over the summary and their originals of the receipts.

•  ANQ Secretary General, Mr. J.K. Bajaj, will confirm with Ms Minda Chiang of the participation of the relevant applicants and the withdrawal of the relevant amount from the local ANQ accounts.
