Welcome Message for ANQ Congress 2011
Dear Friends,
On behalf of the Asian Network for Quality (ANQ), I would like to invite you to ANQ Congress 2011 which will be held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, on Sep. 27—30，
2011.
As the theme of this congress says, “Quality Management is the Key to Sustainable Development”. Sustainable development has undoubtedly become the trend of today’s
business operation and development. And Quality management is an effective long-term business growth strategy, especially in today's information-driven and
globalised world. The congress will motivate us to think how to use quality approaches and tools to realize performance improvement with emphasis on both the present and the future.
It’s worth mentioning that apart from the keynote speeches and concurrent sessions, two distinctive programs will highlight this year’s congress: one is the awarding
ceremony for the 2nd Ishikawa-Kano Award; the other is the “Best Practice” session in which all attendees will have an opportunity for benchmarking by hearing the
presentations made by excellent organizations from various countries/regions on their outstanding quality practice.
I hope all participants will benefit from the congress by networking with others and leaning about new ideas, methodologies and tools which can be applied in the future
work.
