If the upgraded contents belong to the local area of member organizations, the changes of the contents do not need to be approved by ANQ.

If the upgrades of the contents belong to ANQ World Wide Web, those contents need to propose to the secretary general of ANQ before the board meeting.

The proposal should be approved by two third of member organizations in the board meeting.

If the proposal is approved by two third of member organizations in the board meeting, the ANQ web can be upgraded after the agreement that was made in the Board Meeting of ANQ.
